Channel Partner Integration Services provides a series of channel adapters supporting various forms of transport mechanism (HTTP/S, SOAP/Web Services, HR-XML).The channel adapter allows for the easy integration with many Applicant Tracking and HR-IS systems by unifying the received messages protocol in a common, message-based communication mechanism.
Request Mapper
Request Mapper is a sophisticated transformation, routing and rules-processing system. The Request Mapper simplifies the process of sending and receiving messages across distributed applications transparently by mapping, transforming, validating and routing data according to rules.
Business Process Logic
The business logic tier of the Channel Partner Integration Services performs the core message processing.All of TestGrid application business logic is encapsulated inside Java EJBs.
Workflow State Manager
The Workflow State Manager is a collection of Stateless Session Beans that transforms the requests into TestGrid business processes events. The received request will initiate business events that call methods against the relevant Business Process Logic EJBs. The transaction lifecycle is monitored and controlled by the Workflow State Manager.
The future of the TestGrid platform takes shape in the realisation of the transition from a pure online assessment centre into a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model. New and exciting features will be delivered through the TestGrid platform on a recurring subscription basis.
The multi-tenant architecture model will ensure that clients can customise how they receive the features and services that TestGrid provides. For instance, clients will be able to customize the look and feel of the application to match their own branding. The platform will leverage the power of configurable workflows to meet differences in client requirements. Clients will have fine grained control over the roles and access rights of their users and administrators.
The nature of SaaS ensures that new features will be available to clients more frequently due to the sharing of the code base. The centralisation of feature deployment means that clients do not need to download any patches or updates for their infrastructure. SaaS provides clients all the benefits of having an expensive onsite customised application without any of the drawbacks. TestGrid hosts the application and stores all individual client data, meaning that all clients need to use the platform is a web browser. There is therefore no need for the client to invest in expensive hardware and infrastructure just to use the application. By taking advantage of virtualisation along with multi-tenancy the TestGrid platform will be scalable to meet user demands without the need for any alteration of the software architecture.
